Nandini Samanta
Nandini received her B.S. in Molecular Genetics from the University of Rochester in 2022. After college she worked as a research assistant in the Villani Lab at Massachusetts General Hospital. There, she used single-cell RNA sequencing techniques to study immune related adverse events from to cancer immunotherapy. As a graduate student in the Lowther Lab she is studying the phenotypic effects of structural variants using whole genome sequencing and multi-omics techniques. Outside of lab, Nandini enjoys indoor bouldering, baking, and antiquing with her family.
